NAVIORA Individual is a personal app for saving places, recording journeys and finding your own way back. Business Fleet is a separate solution built for organizations, centred on managers assigning destinations and monitoring employee journeys.
03 Which types of organizations can use Business Fleet?
It is intended for organizations with employees who travel to external locations, such as companies with field staff and service or maintenance teams, or any business that needs visibility over work-related journeys. If you have specialized requirements, we are happy to discuss them.
04 How are destinations assigned to employees?
A manager assigns a destination to an employee through the platform. The employee then receives the assignment in the NAVIORA application.
05 Can managers monitor employee routes?
Yes. Monitoring employee movements and routes to assigned destinations is a core part of Business Fleet. The journey is recorded or monitored according to the platform’s capabilities.
06 How does destination arrival confirmation work?
When the employee reaches the assigned destination, they confirm their arrival. That confirmation is part of the assignment’s workflow.
07 Can managers receive arrival notifications?
Yes. When an employee confirms arrival, the manager receives a notification.
08 Can the platform monitor stay duration?
Yes. Stay-Duration Monitoring shows how long an employee remains at an assigned destination during field tasks.
